Application of formation belt

When our customers producing spunbond with a single beam or with multiple beams or SMXS spunmelt, for hygiene (for example for baby diapers or for adult incontinence) up to the speed of about 800 m/min or spunbond for construction & housing (for example for membrane roofing) or for furniture or agriculture or more in general for other industrial applications, in any case your spunbond line would require a high technical performing conveyor mesh belt, offering basically (but not only) a non-marking seam, with a good gripping , but at the same time offering a smooth release.

Different raw material

Base on raw material,our spunbond nonwoven formation belts are made by: 1.PET filaments 2.Antistatic filaments 3.PET filaments&Antistatic filaments.

For PET filaments,it have round PET filaments and flat PET filaments.The formation belt weaved by round filaments have better tensile strength,it’s mainly use for S/SS line.But if customer have SMS line,the flat filaments formation belt is much better choice with more smooth surface.

Different weaving structure   

Base on fabric’s structure,our spunbond nonwoven formation belts are divided into 4-shed and 8-shed.

Diffierent seam design

Base on seam type for spunbond industry,our spunbond nonwoven formation belt can make single pin seam;double pin seam and loop pin seam.

According to many customer’s actual demand, we design Antistatic formation belt to help our customers solving the static probelms in their spunbond line(when customer’s spunbond machine running in very high speed, it will generate static electricity, it’s unsafe for worker’s operating), our antistatic forming belt is made by import antistatic filament, it have very good antistatic resistance, and can solve this problem perfectly.
