2.Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene thread
1.High specific strength, high specific modulus. Specific strength is more than 10 times the same section of wire, than the modulus after the special grade carbon fiber.
2.The fiber density is low, the density is 0.97-0.98g / cm3, can float on the surface.

1.We use “dtex” as the unit of linear density(a certain quality of unit length) according to the national standard and requirement. 1350 dtex means that the quality of 10000 meters sewing thread is 1350g. We also use another linear density unit “den”(Daniel) or “D”,which is the quality of the 9000m length, so 1 dan equal 0.9 dtex.
2.In order to avoid harmful gases, please donot burn the PTFE.
3.After sewing PPS filter bag,the resilience of pinhole may be bad and pinhole may be bigger.So we suggest using thinner needle or contact our engineer for better suggestion.
4.To guarantee the quality of the PTFE thread,all of the thread made from PTFE yard and without knot.
5.Because PTFE products are slippery, you can add a little silicone oil if needle skip during operation.

It is very non-reactive, partly because of the strength of carbon–fluorine bonds, and so it is often used in containers and pipework for reactive and corrosive chemicals. Where used as a lubricant, PTFE reduces friction, wear and energy consumption of machinery.

The advantages of Aramid sewing thread
Aramid main advantages are high strength and low weight. Like graphite, it has a slightly negative axial coefficient of thermal expansion, which means aramid laminates can be made thermally stable in dimensions. Unlike graphite, it is very resistant to impact and abrasion damage. It can be made waterproof when combined with other materials like epoxy. It can be used as a composite with rubber retaining its flexibility. High tensile modulus and low breakage elongation combined with very good resistance to chemicals make it the right choice for different composite structural parts in various applications.

The glass fibers are made of various types of glass depending upon the fiberglass use. These glasses all contain silica or silicate, with varying amounts of oxides of calcium, magnesium, and sometimes boron. To be used in fiberglass, glass fibers have to be made with very low levels of defects. Fiberglass is a strong lightweight material and is used for many products. Although it is not as strong and stiff as composites based on carbon fiber, it is less brittle, and its raw materials are much cheaper. Its bulk strength and weight are also better than many metals, and it can be more readily molded into complex shapes.
